About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Spare Parts Administrator. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and teamwork are essential. Experience in administration or customer service, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to safe work practices will set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Maintain and sort the Spare Parts mailbox, including quotes, orders, and general enquiries.
•    Filter purchase orders, pickups, and returns for timely processing.
•    Process customer purchase orders for deliveries and walk-ins.
•    Manage priority orders, including Next Flight requests.
•    Process RMA paperwork and arrange pick-ups for returns.
•    Contact customers to obtain payment for cash sales via phone or email.
•    Complete forms for new parts requests or new model ranges.
•    Demonstrate and comply with Temperzone’s safety and environmental policies.
•    Identify and report hazards and contribute to continuous improvement of safety practices.
