Job Description

About the role:
Step into a role where your insights shape business decisions. As a Finance & Data Analyst, you’ll transform data into actionable strategies, design powerful dashboards, and partner with teams across the organisation to drive performance. This is your chance to influence key outcomes, support innovative projects like AI and modern data platforms, and make a measurable impact in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Design, develop, and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and financial models to support business performance
•    Source and present internal performance data to identify improvement opportunities
•    Act as a business partner to operational and functional teams, providing insights and recommendations
•    Support budgeting processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
•    Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver high-quality, customer-focused services
•    Assist with data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality and supporting modern data platform and AI projects
•    Maintain accurate documentation and promote best practices in reporting and analytics

Desired Skills and Experience

What We’re Looking For:
•    Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or CIMA
•    Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and exposure to Power BI or SQL
•    Experience with ERP systems and business planning tools
•    Strong understanding of business principles and ability to make sound commercial decisions
•    Background in standard costing and manufacturing environments preferred
•    High level of computer literacy and ability to manage complex data sets
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach
