About the Role
Are you passionate about leveraging technology to deliver business efficiency and innovation? Temperzone is looking for a skilled Application Software Engineer to support and engineer internal business applications, workflows, integrations, and Azure-based systems across the organisation.
This role plays a key part in designing and maintaining bespoke applications, automating business workflows, supporting system integrations, and ensuring the ongoing health, security, and performance of our application environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development & Support: Design, build, enhance, and support internal web and mobile applications that enable business operations and efficiency.
- Workflow Design & Automation: Analyse business requirements and design, develop, test, and maintain automated workflows that streamline processes and improve user experience.
- Integrations & APIs: Build and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms, including managing and supporting REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Azure Platform Support & Security: Support and maintain Azure-based application environments, ensuring systems are secure, stable, and aligned with best-practice security standards.
- System Health & Reliability: Monitor application performance and logs, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and coordinate with external vendors when required.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain clear technical documentation, configuration guides, and user support materials to support system sustainability and knowledge transfer.
