About the Role
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be involved in the production of high-quality HVAC component. We have vacancies across our Assembly, Sheet Metal and Coil Shop departments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What's in it for you?

  • Permanent Full-Time Role: Work from Monday to Thursday, 6am to 2:30pm, and Fridays, 6am to 12pm. Enjoy your afternoons and weekends!
  • Team Environment: Be a key player in our Assembly Lines, collaborating with talented individuals and reporting to a supportive Supervisor.

What your day could look like:

  • Operate and assist with sheet metal fabrication equipment.
  • Cut, form, bend, and assemble sheet metal components to specification.
  • Support coil production processes, including assembly, handling, and machine operation.
  • Read and follow job sheets, production instructions, and engineering drawings.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet manufacturing standards.
  • Safely use hand tools, measuring equipment, and production machinery.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area and follow safe work practices at all times.
  • Assist across manufacturing departments as required to meet production demands.

Desired Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Previous manufacturing, production, or process work experience.
  • Confidence using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read measurements and interpret basic engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple processes.
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
  • Experience operating machinery in a sheet metal, fabrication, coil, or HVAC environment will be highly regarded.
