Be part of a tight‑knit warehouse team making sure products reach customers smoothly, safely, and on time. Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer and branch orders with accuracy and care.
Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to ship orders and update stock.
Receive goods from Production, check them off, and put them into the correct warehouse locations.
Prepare labels, consignment notes, and manifests using SmartFreight.
Help load and stage goods for carriers, freight companies, and customer collections.
Keep stock organised by following FIFO, 5S, and warehouse best practices.
Maintain a safe work environment by following procedures and reporting hazards or incidents.
Support general warehouse duties such as tidy-up tasks, export container loading, and yard maintenance.
Desired Skills and Experience
What you will bring to the role
Current Class 1 Driver Licence.
Valid certifications for counterbalance forklift, reach forklift, and order picker.
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse or stores environment.
Proven experience operating both counterbalance and reach forklifts.
Skilled picker/packer with strong RF scanning experience.
A systems‑driven and organised approach with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards in a busy environment.
