About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to take a lead role in driving quality across our manufacturing operations. This position focuses on improving systems, processes, and outcomes to ensure products consistently meet internal standards and customer expectations. Working closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams, you’ll lead quality initiatives, support continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with ISO standards while improving overall efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day‑to‑day priorities of the Quality team and support operational quality performance
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO9001 standards
Lead internal audits, product audits, and follow‑up corrective actions
Develop and implement quality controls, inspection criteria, and testing processes
Monitor manufacturing processes and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis
Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Support investigation and resolution of RMA and DMR materials within required timeframes
Coach and train team members and stakeholders on quality tools and standards
Support production teams to improve first pass yield and material efficiency
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental practices
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll bring to the role
Qualification in Quality Management or Engineering (Level 6 or equivalent)
Experience in a quality‑focused role within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of ISO9001 and related quality standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 desirable)
Experience with audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong analytical skills and experience working with quality data and metrics
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
Hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
Ability to influence, coach, and work across cross‑functional teams
